For the
dough;
1 medium egg
1 cup yogurt
2
tablespoons yeast
1 teaspoon
salt
2 cups warm
water
enough flour
Filling;
150 g of
sesame oil
200 grams of
poppy paste
5
tablespoons molasses
1 cup
vegetable oil
1 egg yolk to
brush top of dough
PREPARATION:
1. For the
dough; add eggs, yogurt, yeast and water, mix and add flour and make a soft
dough.
2. Rest the
dough for 30-40 min. Make small balls out of the dough.
3. Mix Poppy
butter, sesame oil, molasses and vegetable oil.
4.Spread out
the dough, add the filling and roll up the dough
5. Cut the
roll in half.
6. cut the
roll again long ways and wind the two pieces together and place on tray.
7. Repeat
the whole process for each piece of dough.
8. lightly brush the egg yolk onto each dough and bake
in the oven at 210 degrees.
